Is there a deposit required?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due along with the signed agreement/contract.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.  If the event is on short notice, which is 30 days or less, payment is required in full.

Is there a fee for damaged or missing rental items?

Yes, Items not returned to TLC within seven (7) days after your event are billed the full replacement cost.  This is why TLC requires a COI, Certificate of Insurance.  Most event venues require a temporary event insurance certificate.  These policies are written for one day event, and generally start at $50 depending on inclusions.

Is there a minimum rental fee?

Yes, $100.

Can I pick up rental items, and if so, when can I pick up and bring back?

Yes, you can pick up the rental items from our office on Thursday or the day before the event, and return the items the day after the event, or no later than the Monday after the event.  TLC asks to schedule an appointment time for pickup and we will finalize details on the return of items when signing the rental agreement.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we would be happy to deliver and pick up the items for an additional fee.  Please contact us for pricing as it depends on the items rented and the location from office to the venue.  TLC staff will also set up/tear down the items for an additional fee. 

Do you offer setting up when items are delivered? 

Yes, under services offered tab, you may hire a TLC, Event Decorator/Onsite Coordinator for your event.

How do items arrive when delivered? 

All items are packaged in containers.  There is an inventory sheet included in each container.  We also label the containers on the outside of the containers.  We ask our clients to keep the containers, and keep the inventory lists inside the box so items are returned to the appropriate containers.  We will check the inventory upon pick up or delivery, and clean the items for the next client.
