GENERAL RENTAL GUIDELINES
PRICING:
Pricing is quoted for a one time charge, which is up to a four day rental period. Please make your selections carefully, as charges are based upon time out, whether the items are used or not. A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing the contract and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Items must be canceled more than 30 days prior to the event to avoid restocking charges. Because all reserved items are prepared, staged, and packed, restocking fees are as follows:
*Orders canceled 30 days prior to the event/delivery day/will call has a 25% restocking fee
*Orders canceled 5 days prior to the event/delivery/day has a 50% restocking fee
*Orders canceled 24 hours prior to event/delivery/will call has a 100% restocking fee
Specialty items must be canceled with 7 days prior to delivery or will call or a 100% restocking fee will apply.
DELIVERY/PICK UP:
Normal delivery pick up hours are Monday through Saturday 7:00AM to 5:00PM, and will be specified in the signed contract. There is an additional charge if another delivery time is required.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from the time of delivery to return. Additional charges are made for damages and shortages.
